FAQ

I think I ordered the wrong size. What do I do? 

We accept product exchanges & refunds due to incorrect sizing or if you change your mind about the order as long as the following criteria are met:

a. Item(s) have to be initiated for return within 15 days of having received the item;

b. Item(s) must be returned with the original packaging and in new condition.

Feel free to send your item(s) back with the carrier of your choice. Please note we do not offer return labels and you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

To organize a return you can reach our Customer Service Team at: hello@parksbest.com who will reply to any enquiry within 24 hours.

If possible please use trackable shipping service for returns. We suggest taking a photo of your shipping receipt so that you are able to track this return. If we do not receive the item (i.e. it gets lost in the mail and there is no tracking), we cannot refund/exchange for the lost item.

Once we have received the item, we will inspect for quality and initiate an exchange/refund depending on the outcome. 

Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the bank.

Exchanges on sale or discounted items are not accepted for change of mind or size swaps.

The collar I ordered is faulty or damaged. What happens now? 

We are sorry to hear there is a problem. We will do our best to resolve it quickly.

Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at hello@parksbest.com who will reply within 72 hours. Make sure you have your order number and a clear photo of the fault. We will do our best to replace any documented defective or faulty products as quickly as possible.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days for most shipments within North America. Any international orders could take upwards of 14 business days depending on certain factors out of our control.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details and update you on the status.

Clean with Care:

Use mild dog shampoo or natural soap for the collar. Mix some into hot water in a bowl. Soak the collar for 15-20 minutes, then rinse and squeeze out extra water. Let it air dry.

Extra Dirty? No Problem.

If the collar's super dirty, gently scrub it with an old toothbrush. You can do the cleaning routine again with the shampoo if needed.

Or, put it in a garment bag in the washing machine and wash it on a gentle cycle with other clothes.
